By accessing or using TrueVIQ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

TrueVIQ is operated by Digitally Inherent Pvt Ltd, a product of conduit488.ai. These terms are governed by English law, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Parents/Guardians: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that:

• You are the parent or legal guardian of any child profiles you create
• You have the legal authority to consent on behalf of your children
• The information you provide is accurate and complete

Children: Children aged 7-11 may use TrueVIQ under parental supervision. Children do not create their own accounts; parents manage child profiles through their parent account.

TrueVIQ provides educational content and tools to support UK 11+ exam preparation, including:

• Free Tier: Unlimited access to practice questions, progress tracking, and basic analytics
• TrueVIQ Tier (Paid): Advanced analytics, detailed insights, and premium features

We strive to provide high-quality educational content aligned with the UK National Curriculum. However, TrueVIQ is a supplementary learning tool and does not guarantee exam success.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful activities.

Free Tier: Always free, with no payment required.

Paid Subscriptions:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, as selected
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are provided in accordance with UK consumer rights law

14-Day Cooling-Off Period: Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of subscribing for a full refund, unless you have actively used premium features.

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to access another user's account or data
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit our content
• Interfere with the Service's operation or security
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

All content on TrueVIQ—including questions, explanations, graphics, and software—is owned by or licensed to Digitally Inherent Pvt Ltd and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may use our content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Educational Tool: TrueVIQ is a supplementary educational resource. We do not guarantee that use of the Service will result in specific exam outcomes.

Service Availability: We aim to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
